Brookfield Properties Promotes Nitesh Bhasin to Senior Vice President – Legal
Nitesh Bhasin has been elevated to the role of Senior Vice President – Legal at Brookfield Properties, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey within the real estate and legal domain.
In this expanded role, he will continue to lead legal strategy, regulatory oversight, and governance frameworks while supporting the company’s growth and operational initiatives across key markets.Nitesh Bhasin has been associated with Brookfield Properties for several years, previously serving as Vice President – Legal.Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, he was Head – Legal & Regulatory at Bharti Realty.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade with leading law firm J. Sagar Associates as Partner and Senior Associate, and also worked with Trilegal, gaining extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, and private equity transactions.

Nitesh Bhasin holds a BSL LLB in Corporate Law and M&A from ILS Law College, Pune.
