AZB & Partners Appoints Regulatory Expert Harini Balaji As Senior Consultant
AZB & Partners has announced the appointment of Harini Balaji as a Senior Consultant in its Mumbai office. Balaji brings over 32 years of extensive experience, including more than 26 years in regulatory governance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Her career has been marked by a focus on policy initiatives in various domains, including fund management, corporate restructuring, primary and secondary markets, listing, governance, and debt and hybrid securities, particularly Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Additionally, her expertise extends to enforcement activities in surveillance and investigation.
