AZB & Partners advised TVS Capital on proposed investment in Neysa
The leading Indian law firm, AZB & Partners advised TVS Capital on its proposed investment into Neysa, an AI acceleration cloud platform startup, as part of an investment round led by Blackstone Inc., enabling a total capital raise of US$1.2 billion by the company.
The AZB & Partners deal team comprised Vasudha Asher (Partner), Shreshth Bhartia (Senior Associate), Tanay Chopra (Senior Associate), and Ria Doshi (Associate), with support from Associates Nishita Agrawal and Rikhil Haldar.
Competition law aspects were handled by Bharat V Budholia (Senior Partner), along with Associates Anmol Awasthi and Arth Doshi. The team also acknowledged the inputs and guidance of Vaidhyanadhan Iyer (Senior Partner).
