AZB & Partners advised Ester Filmtech Limited on onsite solar power project with BE Onsite Solar Energy
The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners advised Ester Filmtech Limited in relation to the development, operation, maintenance, and procurement of power from a solar project with a capacity of 1700 (+/-10%) kWp, located at Chandanvelly, Hyderabad, Telangana.
The transaction was undertaken with BE Onsite Solar Energy Private Limited, pursuant to which the solar project is being implemented on an onsite basis for the supply of solar power to Ester Filmtech Limited.
