Argus ups Delhi disputes ante with SAM counsel Udit Mendiratta as partner

Argus Partners has hired Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) counsel Udit Mendiratta as a partner in its Delhi office’s disputes practice.

Mendiratta had been at SAM since July 2019, having joined from Trilegal where he had worked since 2013.

He is a 2010 Amity Law School graduate.

Managing partner Krishnava Dutt commented in a press release: “We warmly welcome Udit to the Argus family. The disputes practice in Delhi which has been going from strength to strength under the leadership of R Sudhinder, senior partner, will be significantly bolstered by his joining.”

Mendiratta is the 18th partner at Argus Partners, of whom 6 are equity or senior partners.
