Darwish has extensive experience in corporate commercial law, private equity, ECM, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions. She previously served as Senior Associate at A&O Shearman in Abu Dhabi, Senior Associate at Taylor Wessing LLP (Dubai), and held several senior and junior roles at Al Tamimi & Company and other regional law firms, advising on high-profile transactions across Egypt and the Middle East.

Darwish holds multiple law and economics degrees, including a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, IDAI au Caire; a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cairo University; a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from The American University in Cairo (GPA 3.78/4, High Honors); and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in International Business from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
