Addleshaw Goddard Expands Middle East Presence with New Office in Abu Dhabi Global Market
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has expanded its footprint in the Middle East with the opening of a new office in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the international financial centre of the UAE capital. This move marks a strategic milestone in the firm’s regional growth and reflects its long-term commitment to the Gulf region.
Abu Dhabi becomes AG’s fifth office in the Middle East, joining its established presence in Dubai, Riyadh, Muscat, and Doha. The expansion supports AG’s vision to serve clients in key regional markets and aligns with Abu Dhabi’s Economic Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy away from oil and invest in knowledge-based industries and globally integrated business practices.
AG’s new ADGM office will provide on-the-ground legal support to a growing base of local and international clients across sectors including financial services, energy, infrastructure, and technology.

This move follows a series of strategic global expansions under AG’s AG2030 international growth strategy. Most recently, the firm entered the Polish market by integrating Linklaters’ Warsaw office, enabling full-service offerings across Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, and Turkey.
