The leading law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has welcomed Abhishek Kalra as a Partner in its Corporate Practice. He will be based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Abhishek re-joins the firm with over 12 years of post-qualification experience, bringing deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He has advised multinational corporations and private equity clients on investments, acquisitions, exits, and related corporate governance matters.
His experience spans across key sectors including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and IT.
