L&L Partners Delhi-based litigation partner Bharat Chugh has left the firm to become an independent counsel.
The 2011 Jamia LLB graduate had become a partner at L&L in 2018, two years after having joined the firm and after several years as an independent counsel and working with the Delhi Judicial Services as a judicial officer.
“I‘ve had the opportunity of leading on some very interesting (and complex) matters here at L&L,” he commented about his stint at the firm for nearly four years.
He said he had worked across areas including white-collar crime defence, international arbitration, and tech law.
“These areas would continue to remain my key areas of focus as I practice in courts, across the board and across the country, now as a counsel,” he added.
L&L litigation partner Bobby Chandhoke commented: “We wish him all the best and success in his new avatar.”
