About the Internship :
Settlement Panel is hiring Legal Interns who are interested in gaining practical experience and developing their professional legal skills in an office-based work environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates should have a strong interest in Banking Law and Arbitration.
(ii) Good research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good written and verbal communication skills
(iv) Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
(v) Candidates should have strong client-handling and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Applicants should be able to conduct legal research and analyse legal issues.
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Experience in client handling and legal documentation.
