About the Job :
Samisti Legal is looking for lawyers with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and real estate matters for its team in Hyderabad.
Eligibility :
• LL.B. from a recognised university
• Lawyers with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Hands-on experience in corporate advisory and commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation
• Experience in litigation and real estate matters.
• Candidates with experience in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will be preferred.
• Familiarity with local courts and authorities will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Telugu will be preferred.
Responsibility :
• Advising corporate clients on legal, contractual, regulatory and compliance matters
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, service, consultancy and employment agreements and NDAs
• Advising on employment and labour law matters, HR policies and workplace compliance
• Researching Acts, rules, regulations, notifications and precedents, and preparing research notes and legal opinions
• Identifying legal and commercial risks and recommending practical, business-oriented solutions
• Attending client meetings, preparing meeting notes and coordinating with clients
• Preparing legal notices, advisory reports, presentations and compliance checklists
• Owning assignments, maintaining records and trackers, and working closely with senior lawyers and the Corporate team
