About the Job :
Abhilash Sontake & Associates has opened up applications for the position of a Legal Associate to join its Delhi Office.
Eligibility :
(i) 0–2 Years / Freshers with relevant litigation experience may apply
(ii) LL.B./B.A. LL.B. from a recognised university
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Good understanding of litigation procedures
(v) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
(vi) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
(vii) Prior litigation/chamber experience will be an advantage
Responsibility :
(i) Legal research and case law analysis
(ii) Drafting petitions, applications, legal notices, replies and other pleadings
(iii) Assisting in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts and other forums
(iv) Attending court proceedings and assisting with case preparation
(v) Preparing case briefs, summaries and legal opinions
(vi) Assisting senior advocates and coordinating on matters
