About the Internship :
Malai IP Services is inviting applications for an internship for candidates interested in research, innovation, and intellectual property. The internship will provide exposure to patent and trademark searches, IP documentation, emerging technologies, legal trends, and IP management.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to students pursuing a 5-year LL.B. course in their 4th or 5th year.
(ii) Students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. course in their final year are eligible to apply.
(iii) Graduates or final-year students in engineering, technology, science, or law.
(iv) Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
(v) An interest in technology, law, and innovation protection.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conducting patent and trademark searches, including prior art analysis.
(ii) Assisting with IP drafting and documentation.
(iii) Researching emerging technologies and legal trends.
(iv) Supporting client and administrative coordination in IP management.
