About the Internship :
Aman Dawra & Associates is inviting applications from law students who are keen to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in litigation and legal practice. Students genuinely interested in pursuing litigation and seeking hands-on exposure to court practice, legal research and drafting are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
• Have an interest in court-based legal work
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on various topics
• Drafting legal articles, petitions and applications
• Analysing court judgments and legal developments
• Improving legal writing and editing skills
• Understanding legal terminology and concepts
Duration : Minimum 1 months
