About the Job :
DAKSH is hiring a Research Associate for its Commercial Dispute Resolution team in Delhi, focusing on legal research, empirical analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Eligibility :
(i) 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in litigation, arbitration, policy research, or a related field.
(ii) LL.B. or LL.M.
(iii) Knowledge of tribunals and specialised adjudicatory bodies in India.
(iv) Strong grounding in corporate law and financial regulation, including insolvency, securities, and competition law.
(v) Strong legal research, writing, and project management skills.
(vi) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
(vii) Comfort working with court and tribunal data and empirical analysis.
Responsibility :
• The role will involve research focused on commercial courts, arbitral institutions, and specialised tribunals in India, bringing together legal research, empirical analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
