About the Job :
Singhania & Partners LLP  are looking for an Associate Partner – Litigation & Dispute Resolution with prior law firm experience and proven team leadership to the practice.

Eligibility :
(i) LLB students / recent LLB graduates
(ii) Enrolled in or recently completed an LLB program
(iii) Strong verbal and written communication skills
(iv) Strong legal drafting and research skills
(v) Experience: 12+ years in civil & commercial litigation in Karnataka, with extensive experience working in a Law Firm.
(vii) Ability to read and speak Kannada fluently.

Responsibility :
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) ⁠Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) ⁠Hands-on trial advocacy, pleadings review, case strategy, client management, and team leadership.
(v) Prior experience in an Associate Partner position, with a strong track record of leading and managing a team of lawyers.
