About the Job :
HDB Financial Services is inviting applications for Legal Manager, Legal Officer and Legal Associate positions in Mumbai and Pune for experienced legal professionals.
Eligibility :
(i) Qualification: LL.B. (Mandatory)
(ii) Experience: 1–2 years, preferably in banking or NBFC litigation.
Responsibility :
(i) Handling legal litigation for the company.
(ii) Working knowledge of:
(a) SARFAESI Act
(b) Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
(c) Arbitration matters
(d) PASA Act
