About the Job :
Strider Search has opened up applications for the position of a lawyers having 4-5 years PQE experience in Technology and Media and advisory work for an opportunity with a Tier-1 law firm. The team is known for advising several Tech and media clients, including OTT, social media platforms, digital media, music labels, print media, broadcasting companies, technology and AI companies etc.
Eligibility :
(i) Advocates with approximately 4โ5 years PQE experience in Technology and Media and advisory work.
(ii) Genuine interest in litigation.
(iii) Ability to conduct independent legal research.
(iv) Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
(v) Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Responsibility :
๐น Advising on ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ค๐ก๐ค๐๐ฎ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐ก๐๐๐๐ฃ๐จ๐๐ฃ๐
๐น Drafting, reviewing and negotiating ๐๐๐๐ and other ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ค๐ก๐ค๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐จ
๐น Acquisition and licensing of ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐๐๐ฉ๐จ
๐น Handling production of original ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ; ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐๐จ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐ก๐จ
