About the Internship :
Applications are invited for a legal internship in Corporate & Commercial Law at Mosaic Wellness, Mumbai.
Eligibility :
(i) LLB students / recent LLB graduates
(ii) Enrolled in or recently completed an LLB program
(iii) Strong verbal and written communication skills
(iv) Strong legal drafting and research skills
(v) Good understanding of corporate/commercial law
(vi) Excellent attention to detail
(vii) Ability to work independently and take ownership
(viii) Prior exposure to contracts/NDAs is a plus
Responsibilities:
(i) Reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts and NDAs
(ii) Supporting regulatory and compliance research
(iii) Assisting with vendor and partner agreements
(iv) Maintaining contract trackers and legal MIS
(v) Conducting legal research and preparing legal notes
(vi) Supporting the legal team on day-to-day corporate legal matters
Duration : 4 weeks
