About the Internship :
Tattvavid Pact is inviting applications for a paid, in-office legal internship in Goa for 4th-year and final-year law students and recent law graduates. The selected interns will have the opportunity to work from the office and gain hands-on exposure to legal work, research, drafting, and day-to-day professional assignments under the guidance of experienced members of the team.
Eligibility :
(i) Fresh law graduates looking to begin their legal careers.
(ii) Candidates genuinely interested in pursuing a long-term career in litigation, corporate and commercial legal practice.
(iii) Strong computer, legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Willingness to follow office policies and code of conduct
(v) Candidates should be sincere, eager to learn, and willing to take responsibility for their work.
Responsibilities:
(i) Legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra and other legal databases.
(ii) Drafting and assisting with legal notices, pleadings, applications, written submissions and other legal documents.
(iii) Civil and commercial litigation and case preparation.
(iv) Real estate and property-related legal matters.
(v) Contract drafting, review and management.
(vi) Corporate and commercial advisory work, including M&A and startup/VC-related matters, where applicable.
(vii) Case-law research, case briefs and legal analysis.
(viii) Preparation of chronologies, lists of dates and case summaries.
Duration : Minimum 1 Month
