About the Internship :
Forbes Global Properties is inviting applications for a Law Intern with an interest in Real Estate and Property Law. The internship offers practical exposure to property due diligence, legal documentation, research, report preparation and understanding real-estate projects, along with opportunities to interact with professionals across the sector.
Eligibility :
• Law students with an interest in Real Estate and Property Law
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Interest in property due diligence and documentation
• Willingness to learn and work on practical real-estate matters
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with property due diligence
• Reviewing and preparing legal documentation
• Conducting legal research
• Preparing synopses and reports
• Understanding real-estate projects and related legal aspects
• Assisting with property and real-estate related matters
• Gaining exposure to leading law firms, developers and industry professionals
Duration : Minimum 1 Month
