About the Job :
Adv. Divyanshu Bhardwaj is looking for a Legal Assistant to join his practice. The role will primarily involve drafting and handling client calls.
Eligibility :
(i) Fresh law graduates or candidates currently in their 5th year.
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Candidates should be comfortable communicating directly with clients.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting legal documents and agreements.
(ii) Preparing legal arguments.
(iii) Representing the firm and its clients before various courts.
(iv) Researching and analysing legal issues.
