About the Job :
Cuerate PSA is helping a Tier-1 Law Firm that is looking to hire Litigation Associates with 2–8 years of PQE to join its Pune office.
Eligibility :
(i) LLB/LLM Graduates
(ii) Candidates must have experience appearing before a High Court. The High Court can be in Bombay, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore or Cochin. High Court exposure is mandatory.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
