About the Job :
Blueprint Legal is looking to engage a corporate lawyer with 4-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join its growing transactional practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and analytical skills, experience in managing transactions and client communications, and the ability to supervise and guide junior team members.
Eligibility :
(i) 4+ years in corporate law, commercial advisory, transactions, or compliance.
(ii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iii) Commercial awareness — the ability to understand a client’s business, not just their brief.
(iv) Self-motivated and capable of working independently
(v) Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
(vi) Candidates with prior law firm experience and a strong corporate transactional background will be preferred.
Responsibility :
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
(vi) Direct exposure to diverse corporate and commercial mandates.
(vii) The role will involve independently managing matters across venture capital and private equity transactions, investment and shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory.
