About the Internship :
Nirka Law Advisory is inviting internship applications from law students interested in gaining practical exposure to real-world legal and commercial matters. The internship provides opportunities to work on areas including infrastructure, construction, energy, arbitration, and commercial advisory. Applications for the internship are accepted on a rolling basis.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Law students interested in gaining hands-on exposure to infrastructure, construction, energy, arbitration, and commercial advisory may apply.
(v) Strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
