About the Internship :
Elixir Legal, a law firm specializing in ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ฑ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฐ๐ฌ, is inviting applications from motivated and committed law students for the position of ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง. The internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to indirect tax litigation, advisory, and commercial legal practice while working closely with experienced legal professionals.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong interest in Corporate Law
(v) Strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 2 Month
