About the Internship :
Ganguli & Ganguli Associates is inviting applications for Legal Internship positions for law students and fresh law graduates interested in gaining practical exposure to banking law, legal drafting, client management, and dispute resolution.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Strong legal research and writing skills.
(vi) Candidates with a strong interest in litigation, legal research, and practical legal training.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
(vii) Assist with matters relating to Banking Law.
Duration : Minimum 4 weeks
