About the Job :
The Office of Vipul Garg is inviting applications for associate positions in litigation & arbitration at their Delhi office. This role is ideal for lawyers with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who are eager to gain substantial exposure to litigation
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Work-driven lawyers who are comfortable with long, focused working hours.
(iii) Strong drafting and legal research skills
(iv) A strong sense of ownership and responsibility in every matter assigned.
(v) Good understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(vi) Attention to detail in drafting, research, preparation, and court-related work.
(vii) Dedication to regular reading, case-law analysis, and continuous learning.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
