About the Job :
Adv V Anush Raajan is hiring 2 Associates to join their commercial disputes practice. This role is ideal for candidates who are keen to engage in active litigation, including drafting, research, and appearances before arbitration tribunals, courts, and other forums.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Must be enrolled with the Bar Council
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Basic understanding of court procedures
(v) Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
(vi) 2–3 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience)
(vii) Strong interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting writ petitions, civil appeals, and other legal pleadings
(ii) Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal notices
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Managing compliance and ensuring adherence to legal regulations
(v) Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation
(vi) Prepare detailed research notes on complex and evolving areas of commercial law
(vii) Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal documents across forums
