About the Job :
Sondhi & Partners is inviting applications from qualified legal professionals to join their Delhi office. The firm is hiring for multiple positions in its litigation and corporate advisory practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Must be enrolled with the Bar Council
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Basic understanding of court procedures
(v) Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
(vi) For Senior Associate role: Minimum 5+ years Post Qualification Experience
(vii) Strong interest and experience in litigation and/or corporate advisory
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting writ petitions, civil appeals, and other legal pleadings
(ii) Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal notices
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Managing compliance and ensuring adherence to legal regulations
(v) Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation
(vi) Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices
(vii) Representing the company in court proceedings
