About the Internship :
Adv Parth Raman is hiring Founder’s Office Interns for a 3-month paid stint starting June 1st to lead research and coordination in the South Asian domain. They have a strong preference for law students who are eager to learn, take real ownership, and engage with their mission for the long term.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Strong command over legal drafting and English
(iv) Strong written and verbal communication skills
(v) Good drafting and research skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Assist in document review and case preparation
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Conduct legal research and case law analysis
(vi) Draft legal notices, petitions, and applications
Duration : 3 months
