About the Job :
The firm is seeking experienced litigation lawyers to join as Associates or Senior Associates. The role involves active court appearances, case strategy, client management, and drafting, with a strong emphasis on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Hands-on experience in corporate legal functions
(iv) 4 to 6 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(vi) Prior experience in IBC matters.
(vii) Proficiency in e-filing at the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and lease deeds
(ii) Handle PMLA matters and arbitration proceedings before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
(iii) Maintain and organize legal documentation and records
(iv) Assist in preparing legal notices and replies
(v) Coordinate with internal teams for legal documentation
(vi) Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
(vii) Manage e-filing procedures at the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
(viii) Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates.
