About the Internship :
SLP Legal is inviting applications for a Paid Legal Internship. The firm is also open to hiring Advocates for a full-time role. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Strong interest in corporate and commercial laws
(v) Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
(ii) Supporting filings with MCA and other regulatory authorities
(iii) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
(iv) Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
(v) Assisting in company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
Duration : Minimum 3 to 6 months
