About the Internship :
VLCC Ltd is inviting applications for a Legal Internship in its Legal & Compliance team. This opportunity is specifically for final-year law students seeking practical exposure in corporate legal work.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Candidates should demonstrate initiative, ownership, and seriousness towards legal work
(v) Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
(ii) Handling real legal tasks with minimal supervision
(iii) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
(iv) Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
(v) Involvement in research, drafting and client deliverables
Duration : Minimum 6 months
