About the Job :
Attorney Alisha Rusiya looking to hire an LLB graduate/ student for a full-time role focused on legal drafting work. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are keen to build a strong foundation in drafting and are genuinely interested in learning and growing in a practical legal environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Attention to detail and willingness to learn
(iv) Strong interest in drafting
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
