About the Job :
NovelVox is inviting applications for the job post of Legal Executive at Faridabad. As they continue to grow globally, they’re looking for a sharp and driven Legal Executive to join their team in Faridabad, India. Employment Type: Full-Time.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Strong contract drafting & review skills.
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Sound knowledge of Indian contract law + familiarity with US commercial law & cross-border compliance.
(v) The applicant must be capable of appearing in Court(s) independently.
(vi) Understanding of SaaS, IT services, licensing models & data protection basics.
(vii) Exposure to GDPR, IP clauses & commercial negotiations is a big plus.
(viii) Experience: 3–5 Years (Software/IT Industry preferred).
Responsibility :
(i) Draft, review & negotiate NDAs, SaaS agreements, client contracts, vendor agreements & more.
(ii) Handle international enterprise agreements with US/UK/EU clients.Ensure legal compliance across company policies and regulatory requirements.
(iii) Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Sales, HR, Finance, Delivery & Product.
(iv) Manage contract repositories, legal risk assessments & dispute resolution.
(v) Client coordination and case management
