
Khaitan & Co Advised Capri Global Capital Limited on USD 1 Billion Global Medium Term Note Programme
The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Capri Global Capital Limited (“Company”) on its debut USD 1 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme (“GMTN Programme”) for the issuance of bonds under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933 (“Notes”). The Notes will be listed on the stock exchanges in IFSC GIFT City.
Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore acted as arrangers and dealers in relation to the GMTN Programme.
