The prominent law firm based in Cairo, Egypt, Zulficar & Partners Law Firm advised Obegi for Chemical Industries and Polymers SAE (OCIP) on the successful sale of its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant for high-quality water-based emulsion polymers serving the coatings, construction, and adhesives industries. The plant was acquired by Eagle for Chemicals Manufacturing and Trading SAE, a leading player in the chemical manufacturing sector.
