(SAM) acted as legal counsel to ITC Hotels Limited in relation to its acquisition of 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Zuri Hotels and Resorts Private Limited (“ZHRPL”), which owns and operates ‘The Zuri Kumarakom, Kerala Resort & Spa’, a luxury resort property situated along the banks of Vembanad Lake in Kerala.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised ITC Hotels Limited on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, drafting, negotiation, due diligence and finalisation of transaction documentation in connection with the acquisition.
