About the Internship :
The Office of Abhinav Singh, Advocate (Union of India & GNCTD, Standing Counsel for MCD) is inviting applications for legal interns for immediate joining.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Candidates who are detail-oriented and eager to learn
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Opportunity to work on diverse matters pertaining to MCD, GST, Arbitration and Writ Jurisdiction.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in matters related to real estate and general corporate law
(ii) Assist with drafting and court-related work
(iii) Assist in legal research and documentation
(iv) Supporting legal research and drafting work
(v) Working on issues involving contract law, RERA, and the Negotiable Instruments Act
Duration : Minimum 1 months
