About the Job :
The Law Office of Uday Bedi is inviting applications for the position of Lawyer with experience in litigation.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills.
(iii) Familiarity with MS Word, contract drafting templates, and legal research platforms.
(iv) 1–2 years of litigation experience in New Delhi
(v) Strong inclination towards reading and legal research
Responsibility :
(i) Legal research and drafting
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Assisting in arbitration and IPR matters
(iv) Supporting corporate advisory and compliance work
(v) Client coordination and case management
(vi) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
