Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Garware Technical Fibres Limited on its buyback of equity shares
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Garware Technical Fibres Limited (“Garware”) on its recently announced buyback of up to 16,17,500 fully paid-up equity shares of INR 10 each, aggregating to a buyback size of INR 110 crore. The buyback will be conducted under the “tender offer” route.
The transaction involved legal advisory in relation to the structuring and execution of the share buyback in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
