Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised L&T Realty Properties Limited on the 100% acquisition of International Green Scapes Limited
The India’s leading law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to L&T Realty Properties Limited in respect of the 100% acquisition of International Green Scapes Limited, for an aggregate consideration of INR 1,123 crores, dated May 14, 2026, Mumbai.
The company holds land admeasuring 19.974 acres in Sector 81 and Sector 86, Gurugram, and is engaged in the business of construction, development, ownership and maintenance of residential projects on the Project Land, held under three licenses issued by the Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana, for residential development.
The transaction involves acquisition of a land-rich residential development platform in Gurugram, strengthening L&T Realty Properties Limited’s presence in the Indian real estate sector.
