
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Digi Tele Networks on USD 60 million pre-Series C2 investment in Skyroot Aerospace
The India’s leading law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Digi Tele Networks, an entity of the founders of Greenko Group, in relation to its participation in the USD 60 million pre-Series C2 investment round raised by Skyroot Aerospace Private Limited through subscription of compulsorily convertible preference shares. The round was co-led by Sherpalo Ventures and Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC, with participation from BlackRock, Arkam Ventures, Playbook Partners, Shanghvi Family Office, and existing investors.
Skyroot Aerospace is India’s leading private space launch company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of space and aerospace products, including satellite launch vehicles and on-demand satellite launch services through its Vikram-I and Vikram-II rockets, along with advanced aerospace technologies for domestic and international applications.
The CAM transaction team was led by Bhargav Joshi (Partner), with support from Divya Patil (Senior Associate) and SB Aditi (Associate). Santosh Jankiram (Senior Partner) provided strategic inputs and guidance.
