About the Internship :
They are inviting applications for legal internships at their office. Their office mainly deals with the matters before High Court of M.P. Bench at Gwalior and also before various other forums. This internship offers hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, case preparation, and court proceedings. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely on ongoing matters and gain practical insights into litigation and legal practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Candidates who are detail-oriented and eager to learn
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Law students interested in litigation
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Direct exposure to civil and criminal litigation practice
(v) Supporting day-to-day legal operations
(vi) Assisting with contracts and compliance work
(vii) Hands-on drafting and legal research work
Duration : Minimum 6 Months
