Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Temasek on Pre-IPO investment in Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited
The India’s leading law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel for Temasek in its pre-IPO investment of approximately INR 482 Crores in Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited (“Company”), comprising a primary infusion and a secondary acquisition of securities from the promoters of the Company to acquire a minority stake in the Company. Milky Mist Dairy Food Limited is one of India’s leading dairy brands specializing in premium value-added dairy products.
The CAM transaction team was led by Reeba Chacko (Senior Partner) and Saurav Samaddar (Partner), with assistance from Mahima Goel (Principal Associate), Ohmkar Vishal (Senior Associate), and Utkrasht Gupta (Associate).
