Sandeep Ghosh is a seasoned business leader with more than three decades of experience across global banking, financial services, consumer, and advisory sectors. He has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation, building client-focused businesses, and driving operational excellence across complex, multi-market environments. Most recently, he served as Group Country Manager, India and South Asia at Visa. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior leadership roles at EY, AXA, ANZ, and Citi, where he led strategic transformation initiatives, scaled businesses, and strengthened competitive positioning.
