About the Internship :
Adv Abhijit Anand is inviting applications for multiple roles including Law Associates, Law Interns, and Stenographer/English Typist at his Delhi office. This is a practical opportunity to gain hands-on experience in litigation work.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Experience in case law searching, compilation, and briefing of Supreme Court/High Court judgments
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Law students interested in litigation
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Direct exposure to civil and criminal litigation practice
(v) Court craft and professional etiquette
(vi) Procedural and filing work
(vii) Hands-on drafting and legal research work
