Shubham Parkhi advises on a broad range of company law and corporate governance matters, including shareholding structures, ESOPs, incentive plans, beneficial ownership assessments, director appointments and removals, related party transactions, and structuring of foreign contribution arrangements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
He also supports multinational companies on India market entry strategies, GCC structuring, and foreign exchange regulation compliance, while closely advising boards and leadership teams on governance and evolving compliance frameworks.
Prior to his elevation, Shubham Parkhi served as Senior Consultant at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Before joining the firm, he spent over seven years at AZB & Partners, where he advised on corporate, fintech, regulatory, technology, and governance-related matters. His experience also includes working on digital lending, payment aggregator frameworks, tokenisation, data privacy, AI governance, telecom licensing, and emerging technology regulations.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Qui Prior Law Associates, advising international clients on market entry, corporate structuring, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation support matters.
Shubham Parkhi holds a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Amity Law School and a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Indian Law Institute. He is also pursuing the Company Secretary Professional programme from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
