About the Job :
Applications are invited for the position of Junior Associate to assist in a dynamic litigation practice based in New Delhi. The role involves working on diverse and complex legal matters, including those involving international law.
Eligibility :
(i) Demonstrable interest in international law
(ii) Prior court exposure and drafting experience
(iii) Strong analytical and legal research skills
(iv) Excellent command over English
(v) Ability to handle rigorous and diverse legal work
Responsibility :
(i) Legal research and case analysis
(ii) Drafting pleadings (complaints, suits, writs, applications, replies, etc.)
(iii) Assisting and appearing before courts/tribunals
(iv) Case briefing, file management, and procedural compliance
